Company History
Our organic handmade tea company was founded in 2015 by a group of passionate tea enthusiasts who shared a deep appreciation for the beauty and benefits of nature's gifts. Ceylon Heritage Teas was born from a relentless pursuit of perfection. What began as a quest to revive ancient tea traditions has evolved into a globally celebrated legacy of artisan craftsmanship and refinement.
Master Tea Maker
At the heart of our company is our Master Tea maker, Mr. Prasanna Madawala, whose expertise and dedication to the art of tea blending have been instrumental in shaping our unique tea offerings. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, He had conquered the search of the finest organic ingredients, carefully selecting and blending them to create harmonious and flavourful tea blends that delight the senses and nourish the soul. His passion for tea, coupled with a keen understanding of flavour profiles and aromas, ensures that every cup of tea we produce is a masterpiece of taste and craftsmanship, preserving the 5,000-year legacy of fine tea craftsmanship.
