2. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Payments must be completed at checkout. We do not accept cancellations or modifications once an order is placed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to deliver within the estimated time frame but are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.
- International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the exclusive and perishable nature of our teas, we do not accept returns or refunds.
- In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Resolutions are at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee any specific health benefits from our teas.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and does not cover indirect or consequential damages.

- We collect and process customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
